Please complete this application to reserve a table where you can share information about your country of origin and cultural heritage. Applications are due by Monday, February 23, 2026.

Presenters should prepare a tri-fold poster board highlighting interesting facts about their country and culture. Table displays may include your country’s flag colors, artifacts, and other meaningful items you would like to share. See examples HERE!

Families are also encouraged to bring a favorite food or snack from their culture that is easy to share with visitors who stop by to learn about your country.

On the evening of the event, families will stand at their tables and engage with guests by sharing stories, traditions, and information about their culture. Student participation is highly encouraged.
