Families are encouraged to complete the application to reserve a table where you can share information about your country of origin and cultural heritage. Applications are due by Monday, February 23, 2026.

Participants should prepare a tri-fold poster board highlighting interesting facts about their country and culture. Table displays may include items such as flag colors, artifacts, traditional items, or other meaningful objects you would like to share. View example displays HERE.

Families are also encouraged to bring a favorite food or snack from their culture that is easy to share with visitors who stop by your table.

On the evening of the event, families will stand at their tables and engage with guests by sharing stories, traditions, and information about their culture.
