Our Eagles are made to move! Daily activity boosts energy, focus, and overall happiness—but busy schedules and screen time can sometimes clip their wings.
β¨ Try sprinkling in mini-movement breaks throughout the day:
-A quick dance party in the living room
-Jump rope in the driveway
-A race to the mailbox
Just 10 minutes here and there can make a big difference for growing minds and bodies!
πFamily Challenge:
Join us for the “Daily 10”—set aside 10 minutes every evening after dinner for family movement. Go for a walk, hop on bikes, or set up a backyard obstacle course. It’s a fun way to build memories while building healthy habits!
