The HES PTA is honored to be a 2020-2025 National PTA School of Excellence in recognition of our commitment to building an inclusive and welcoming school-community where all families contribute to enriching the educational experience and overall well-being for all students. 

Texas PTA REcognitions

Congratulations to the HES PTA Community for earning the following TX PTA Membership Awards:

August 2025 Head Start Award- Awarded to PTAs with a membership of 75% or more of last year's total membership.

Student Membership Award- Awarded to PTAs who have at least 50 students that have joined their PTA.

Community Involvement Award- Awarded to PTAs who have at least one community member serving on the executive board.

Silver Community Membership Award- Awarded to PTAs who have at 15 community members that have joined their PTA.

Generations Involvement Award- Awarded to PTAs who have at least one grandparent serving on their executive board.
