Hello Heritage Families,

Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year at Heritage Elementary! My name is Andrea Windom, and I’m honored to serve as your PTA President this year. This is my 8th year as a Heritage parent, and I couldn’t be more proud to be part of this incredible school community. My husband, Tyler, and I have been married for 13 years, and we have two daughters. Jacqueline will be heading into 7th grade at Cross Timbers Middle School, and Hannah will be starting 3rd grade right here at HES.

Heritage is truly something special. It’s more than just a school - it’s a place where students, families, teachers, and staff come together to create a supportive, thriving environment. The culture we’ve built here is rooted in collaboration, kindness, and commitment. That would not be possible without YOU - our amazing families, our generous sponsors, and our dedicated volunteers. Your passion and involvement are what help make our campus such a vibrant and nurturing place for our children.

This year, our theme is "Navigating the Year Together" because, as we all know, it truly takes a village. Whether it's volunteering, supporting PTA events, donating time or resources, or simply showing up, every effort makes a difference. And the beauty is, we don’t have to do it alone. We’ll support one another, learn from one another, and grow together.

I am so excited to begin this journey with you. Let’s make it a year full of connection, community, and celebration as we help every student thrive.
