Front Circle Pickup/Drop-off Stations - 6 stations

Stand at one of the 6 Pickup and Dropoff cones.  You will assist students in getting in and out of the cars and keep cars moving around the circle.

Bus Circle Safety & Walking Flow Monitor

Stand near the cafeteria doors and/or dumpster area and assist families walking from the Middle school parking lot for Pick up and Drop Off.  

Monitor for safety and direct cars to the middle school parking lot.  Students are NOT to be dropped off near the curbs or lots to walk by themselves.  For mobile PICKUP and/or DROPOFF, families must utilize their grade level traffic circles.

Stand near the HES dumpsters and guide and direct families who are walking up from the HMS parking lot. Dropping students off at curbs is not allowed. Please mobile drop-offs to their grade level circles.

MARQUEE Entrance Traffic Drop-Off and Pickup Monitor

Stand in the parking lot entrance near the marquee.  Families are no longer permitted to park in the HES parking lot for Pickup and Dropoff.  Marquee Traffic Volunteer will only allow teachers and staff to enter the parking lot.  Our campus SRO will be at the front entrance to the parking lot (near the Kinder doors).

Stand in the HES parking lot entrance closest to the marquee and monitor vehicles that enter. ONLY teachers and staff may enter the parking lot during this time. Teachers and Staff will be recognizable by an authorized placard hanging from their rearview mirror.

Heritage Avenue - HES Entrance Traffic Guard Morning AND Afternoon

Stand in the street at Heritage Avenue assisting vehicles turning into the campus.

There are lines arriving from the North (coming from Hall-Johnson Road), and vehicles arriving from the South, turning left onto the campus.

Heritage Avenue Traffic Monitor will keep BOTH lines moving, MUCH like a crossing guard but with no pedestrian traffic crossing the road.
