Sponsor Spotlight: Classic Chevrolet

The HES PTA would like to shine our Sponsor Spotlight on Classic Chevrolet. Located in Grapevine, Classic Chevrolet is a generous supporter of community organizations, and the HES PTA's Fall Festival committee would like to express our gratitude for Classic Chevrolet's sponsorship.

About Classic Chevrolet: The Durant family has been in the Chevrolet business since 1960. Tom Durant owned his first dealership in 1972. He purchased Classic Chevrolet in 1988. An opportunity to relocate in 1992 allowed Classic Chevrolet and its employees to move to Grapevine Texas on an 11 acre 65,000 sq. ft. facility.

In the last 10 years, Classic Chevrolet has expanded to 22 acres, with a new large truck center, a commercial specialty vehicle facility, an enormous separate building for pre-owned vehicles and a state-of-the-art body shop, making Classic Chevrolet one of the largest new and pre-owned vehicle retailers in the area.

Located within two miles of the north end of DFW Airport and at the intersection of SH 114 & 121 on William D. Tate Blvd. In other words, right in the heart of the Metroplex.

Tom now owns ten dealerships: Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine, Texas; Classic Buick GMC in Carrollton, Texas; Mike Brown Ford, Mike Brown Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and Classic Chevrolet Buick GMC in Granbury, Texas; Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge & Mazda in Denton, and Classic Buick GMC in Arlington, Texas; Classic Chevrolet Sugarland in Sugarland, Texas; Stingray Chevrolet in Plant City, Florida; and Classic Auto Group in Galveston, Texas.

Tom's goal for Classic Chevrolet is to remain one of the best known and most respected dealerships in the Metroplex, with a long history of outstanding customer satisfaction and service. We make the buying experience as non-confrontational and hassle-free as possible - at the dealership and on the Internet.
